Share Trading Course
Whether you're new to stock exchange investing, or have some experience but still lack the confidence, a good share trading course will equip you with the knowledge and fortitude to assess market conditions, identify winning stocks, and develop in you the clear knowledge of when to enter and exit trades.
Fortunately, there are many good share trading courses around. The question, of course, is which one is best for you.
Even if you've never traded before in your life, we each have different personalities that will fit better with different styles of trading.
And the time we have available to trade on the stock market is important too. After all, there's no point becoming a day trader if you don't want to be glued to your computer for many hours of the day.
Most people interested in investing in the share market online do so with a view to short or medium term trading. This is in contrast with someone who wants to buy and hold stocks for a long period of time, as in Warren Buffet's approach. For a short to medium term investor, a share market course in day trading, swing trading, position trading, momentum trading, or a system that utilizes aspects of more than one, would be of most practical use. Let's look at each of these, with some recommendations.
A day trader closes out all their positions the same day or session as they are opened. You can do day trading part time, as the first 2 hours the market is open often has the best trades according to the momentum trading system, and possible others. Many day traders do it full time, however. You can read more about day trading and an appropriate day share trading course here
A swing trader holds positions only for a few days. This type of trading can be done part time as well as full time. You can read about swing trading and a share trading course recommendation for it here.
Position Trading
Position traders hold stock for anywhere from 5 days to several months, even 6 months or a little longer. This type of trading is often preferred by those who have a busy lifestyle, or simply don't want to turn trading into a 'job'. You can spend as little as half an hour a day doing position trading, sometimes even less if you use systems like the Elite WaveTrader. This really suits those who want to trade on the stock market part time whilst they work their regular jobs.
I recommend the Elite WaveTrader share trading course if you're interested in learning position trading. It has high recommendations from experienced traders, works for large and small trading accounts, and is as suitable for beginners as it is for professional traders who want to turbo-charge their trading accounts. You can read more about it here. This course is also suitable for those interested in swing trading.
Elite WaveTrader Share Trading Course
This comprehensive share trading course is not just about swing trading, but it does provide what Paul Lemal, the product creator, describes as "an abundance of swing trading opportunities." (Elite WaveTrader)
Basically, it's a very flexible system. It can be used for swing trading, or position trading - and both very well. There are even strategies to apply to day trading. The emphasis is on longer trades - generally weeks to months, because:
"I’ll show you why conventional swing trading is like surfing in the ripples between mega-waves, sure you can make some money but wouldn’t you rather focus the bulk of your trading capital on the right stocks at the right time?" (Elite WaveTrader)
It does, however, include very effective swing trade setups (as well as position trading setups). These are not the same as you would find in other systems, even other momentum trading courses.
The Elite WaveTrader share trading course combines momentum trading, which has produced the top traders of all time, and tends to produce better-than-average returns without requiring constant attendance, with stock cycle analysis. The Elite WaveTrader is not like regular momentum trading systems however. The analogy is made that it operates like a scalpel rather than a hatchet in assessing the effect of price action within specified time periods, thus allowing for a tendency to catch more of a move using these strategies.
The Elite WaveTrader is:
* suitable for complete beginners as well as seasoned pros
* geared towards helping you identify the top performing stocks in the market
* specific methods that identify stocks that have the potential to produce multi-hundred percent gains in weeks to months
* a system designed to easily identify those stocks, so you don't need a lot of experience or ability to read complex charts etc
* predicated on the fact that both stocks and the market itself move in cycles, and the system teaches you how to identify and respond to those cycles so that you position yourself for significant gains
* includes detailed strategies on how to analyze price action
* you'll learn to properly apply trend lines based on where a stock is in a super-cycle - allows you to maximize gains and minimize risk
* you'll learn how to analyze the ongoing price action to identify any possible weakness, sell signals, or an imminent reversal
* includes a quick-start road-map
* includes stock scanning formulas to identify price squeezes and stocks with huge short term potential
* includes stock timing strategies to determine the best entry and exit points - so you don't lose money by selling too early or buying at the wrong time
* teaches you how to identify turning points in a cycle
* does not use complicated charts or rely on technical analysis
* "Technical analysis can severely limit your trading results without a "big picture" approach to stock selection" (Elite WaveTrader)
* suitable for all trading conditions, even challenging ones
* does not require fundamental research
* doesn't trade with speculative stocks, only stocks with a proven track record
* includes powerful stock scans you run on your computer
* the course shows you what works and what doesn't with momentum analysis
* teaches you how to keep your money working productively by avoiding unproductive consolidation zones
* you don't need to use complex math to identify top prospects using this system
* works with both small and large trading accounts
* "This style of trading was designed to give you back your life." (Elite WaveTrader)
* free shipping, even worldwide

"There is little new in technical analysis and many courses and e-books just repackage each other. The Elite WaveTrader course material is new and unique. There is no doubt that after reviewing the material and understanding the BMI indicator that any individual can easily look for and identify high momentum stocks for large gains." (Elite WaveTrader)
Another:
"...I'm an old trader and have learned over the years to be one of the privileged who makes money, and I can unequivocally state that Paul Lemal knows how to teach the best thing in all of trading stocks, for quick, positive returns." (Elite WaveTrader)
Overall, this share trading course provides immense value to anyone interested in swing or position trading. If you've never traded, or are only just starting out in the stock market, Elite WaveTrader will bring you to the level of a professional trader very quickly. Paul in fact guarantees you can reach that level in 45 days or less, or you get your money back. This course massively reduces the learning curve, and the lack of confidence that normally afflicts beginner traders.
For those with more experience, Elite WaveTrader has provided strategies and techniques that have really supercharged people's trading accounts. And it does so without requiring you to be chained to your computer.
Conclusion
The internet has opened a lot of doors for people who wish to study a share trading course at home. There are a lot of good courses by successful investors, which can teach you in a very focused and practical way the tools and knowledge you need to be a successful trader at home. And due to the nature of the internet, those courses can be delivered in a very flexible way, and with a lot of interaction - you don't need to attend set classes at particular times of the year, yet you can still benefit from a direct interaction with course teachers. You are not restricted to courses in your local neighborhood. Nor do you have to cover a lot of theory that isn't strictly related to the immediate business of investing.
And, importantly, you can often find share trading courses that are ahead of the 'lemmings', courses giving you an edge over other would-be investors that don't have access to such tools or techniques. Major investment firms like Goldman-Sachs devote enormous resources to developing algorithms and systems that take the potential for human error and attachment out of share trading. They do so because systems begin to lose their effectiveness when too much of the market starts using them, yet such systems offer enormous advantages when they work. The rewards for staying ahead of the mass market are huge, and they are willing to invest accordingly.
No matter which share trading course you choose, with application you should attain a measure of success. The Elite WaveTrader is comprehensive, and cutting edge, and is particularly appealing because it targets stocks that are good quality, unlike may of the penny trading courses that target the more speculative penny stocks. The other courses listed on this site are good, especially if you are interested in a specific style of trading, like day trading. Either way, investing in a good share trading course can strategically boost your earning capacity on the stock market, and drastically reduce the learning curve of trial and error.
